Programme Structure

Programming is constructed through progressive phases, aligned to your calendar and targeting peak physical condition for your return to pre-season. Sessions are planned with clear developmental aims, combining physical training and technical movement work with recovery strategies to drive complete athletic preparation. Regular monitoring and plan adaptation are included to respond to your feedback, progression levels and any changes to your schedule. Detailed session plans and specific execution cues are provided, ensuring you can deliver each session with precision and intent.
 

Strength, Power and Speed Programming

The physical development component is centred on structured strength, power and speed progression. Each phase builds specific qualities in a logical order to deliver an explosive return, with the greatest emphasis placed on individual areas for improvement or maximising existing physical advantages. Loading, movement patterns and progressions are carefully tailored to match the demands of your position and playing style, ensuring that you develop the physical edge needed to outperform opponents. Programming is adapted quickly where needed to work around facility limitations or address new areas of focus.
 

Technical Programming

Nutrition Programming

We deliver a tailored nutrition plan focused on how you can best apply it daily, ensuring that your fuelling, recovery and body composition targets are fully aligned with your off-season work. Support is delivered through practical options, including the use of recipes, detailed macro and micro nutrient programming or simple meal plate ratios, depending on what makes consistent application easiest for you. Daily support is provided to guide food choices, adjust strategies where needed and eliminate the guesswork, ensuring that nutrition becomes a weapon for your performance rather than a weakness.
