1 to 1 Fitness Training Session
Maintenance of high levels of muscular endurance and physical output are crucial to playing at the highest level – with this only becoming more important with the evolution of the game. Our expertly designed fitness sessions are available all year round, although have greater availability in the off-season and pre-season, where their need is evidently the greatest. We may use testing in an initial session to discover your current levels of fitness, in order to programme more effectively for future sessions. Everything is designed to build on your individual fitness levels. Whether you are extremely fit or in need of training post-injury or vacation, each session will look to progressively build your endurance and aerobic ability. Some sessions may include weights or ball work, while others use purely bodyweight exercises and movements.
