Off-Season Training Plan
The off-season training plan contains 6 weeks of sessions built to increase player's strength, power and fitness, ready for the new season. The plan includes upper and lower body workouts as well as core stability exercises. In addition, there are position-specific drills, as well as general fitness, speed and power exercises.The hard endurance-building sessions build strong fitness while sprints and gym work build strength and power.
